Candidates can use the Fieldwork Application to inform us of any placement preferences prior to receiving a placement. Failure to submit the application with all prerequisites attached on time may result in being dropped from the course.
Application
To complete the Field Experience Application
- Log on to your TaskStream account
- Select the program you are pursuing
- Select “[Your Course Number] Fieldwork Application” in the sidebar on the left
- Select “Complete Form”
- Fill out all fields and select “Save and Return”
- Select “Submit Work” to finalize the information
- Choose the Office Manager, Fieldwork Coordinator
- Select “Submit for Evaluation”
