Application

Candidates can use the Fieldwork Application to inform us of any placement preferences prior to receiving a placement. Failure to submit the application with all prerequisites attached on time may result in being dropped from the course.

To complete the Field Experience Application

  1. Log on to your TaskStream account
  2. Select the program you are pursuing
  3. Select “[Your Course Number] Fieldwork Application” in the sidebar on the left
  4. Select “Complete Form”
  5. Fill out all fields and select “Save and Return”
  6. Select “Submit Work” to finalize the information
  7. Choose the Office Manager, Fieldwork Coordinator
  8. Select “Submit for Evaluation”
